'There's no formal division-by-division review and it will not necessarily be my team's decision, but we will be working with the operating units to ensure that we're getting the best possible service from our teams,' Morris said.

Morris reports to Taylor Woodrow group CEO Iain Napier. He heads a team of eight in the comms department as well as overseeing the work of a number of dotted line reports from other divisions in the group.
