Watch: Edelman gets special Land Rover cooking with gas (and Jamie Oliver)

A new three-part YouTube series following Jamie Oliver using a bespoke 'kitchen-in-a-car' created by Land Rover launched on YouTube yesterday, with Edelman supporting PR for the star chef.

The partnership, brokered by Jamie Oliver Group's chief revenue officer and head of commercial partnerships Lisa Tookey and paid for by the car-maker, is designed to show off the generation of Land Rover's new fifth-generation Discovery vehicle. Content is produced by Jamie Oliver Productions.

She said: "Jamie is a long-term fan of Jaguar Land Rover, having driven and owned one for many years, and as a result it feels very natural and authentic for the two brands to come together.

"This is a beacon partnership that showcases the breadth of Jamie's appeal and content. We are a business that wants to continually inspire our audience with innovative storytelling, products and services. We always want to deliver the unexpected and believe that this partnership does just that whilst showcasing the future of food, technology and family life on the go."

Edelman, which has done PR for Jamie Oliver Group for the past year, is working to promote the partnership through earned media. Jaguar Land Rover's in-house team is handling its PR for the campaign.

Watch the first in the series below. The next episodes will go live in the following weeks.
