MINNEAPOLIS: PR Talent has opened an office in the Minneapolis-St. Paul market, its eighth in the U.S.
Kathleen DesRosiers is leading the Twin Cities office, which is located in Minneapolis.

PR Talent president Jim Delulio said DesRosiers’ hire not only builds his professional search firm’s presence in the Upper Midwest, which he called "a strong market for both in-house and agency positions," but also adds capabilities in Asia-Pacific.

"Our approach has always been to put recruiters on the ground so they can build better relationships with candidates and clients and more easily identify rock star talent for clients," Delulio explained.

DesRosiers will work to develop the market while offering clients access to candidates in APAC she cultivated during her time working in the region. She is overseeing talent searches for a "large Chinese company" and other clients, which Delulio declined to name.

Delulio added that he hired DesRosiers after she returned home to be closer to her family after working in China for more than 12 years. DesRosiers helped Delulio develop his own business, which he founded in 1998.

DesRosiers operated her own recruiting firm in China prior to joining PR Talent. She has also worked at Text100, Talent2, and The Hoffman Agency.

PR Talent also has offices in New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Phoenix, Seattle, and Washington, DC. It employs seven full-time recruiters, as well as consultants, freelancers, and researchers, according to Delulio.
