The eight-part, all-female series called 'When Life Gives You Melons' is aimed at busy young women and discusses real-life issues that affect their lives, The Romans said.
The first episode launched last week, breaking into the iTunes Top 10 for culture podcasts within 24 hours of release. It includes chat from Saturday's singer Vanessa White and presenter Rebecca Dudley.
The second episode will feature TV personality Katie Piper, radio presenter Gemma Cairney and BLEACH London founder Alex Brownsell. They will be talking about work politics, power dressing, and the gender pay gap.
The Romans co-founder and creative director Joe Sinclair said: "Ask anyone whether they'd rather be marketed at or entertained, you'll only get one reply. When Life Gives You Melons is a podcast about work, life, sex and boobs and is designed to talk to Freya's consumer on her own terms by inhabiting the culture that she already chooses to engage with."
The Romans, which Sinclair launched alongside Misha Dhanak in 2015, has clients including Twitter, PlayStation and Diageo on its roster. The agency was retained by Freya in May.
