Jade English, a PR and content marketing manager, and Anisa Topan, owner of style-and-wellness agency The Twenty Fifth Hour, will vie for a £250,000 investment from business tycoon Lord Sugar, when the latest series airs on BBC1 next month.
According to her LinkedIn profile, Topan launched The Twenty Fifth Hour in January after rebranding what was Anisa Topan Communications, which she had started in 2013. Earlier in her career she was a freelance PR consultant at London agency Iroquois.
English, meanwhile, has worked in a number of PR and marketing roles, latterly at Banc Media in Manchester. Before this she was a PR and outreach assistant at media agency Carat.
Speaking ahead of the launch of the new series, Lord Sugar said: "We're in strange times now, with Brexit. But be under no illusion, in this process I'm the one who decides who's going to remain and I'm the one who decides who's going to leave - simple as that."
PR for the series is handled by consumer agency Taylor Herring, while Frank handles Lord Sugar's personal PR. Frank also handles PR for the winners of the series.
Both agencies have worked on The Apprentice throughout each of the show's 13 series.
