Ani Stepanian’s dedication, passion, and commitment have catapulted her career. Her achievements landed her industry recognition and entry into the Forbes Communications Council.
As the very first marketing hire for Mercer Vine, she built the marketing team from scratch, from social media managers to copywriters and graphic designers. Stepanian personally directs and supports 12 team members, and she also works collaboratively with about 11 people across the three outside companies that support her team. According to a colleague, building a team and figuring out ways to help that team run its best is one of her favorite things about coming to work.
Stepanian oversees all PR efforts throughout the company, and she is responsible for crafting and executing a wide range of media stories. She also served on the board of the Mercer Charitable Trust.
She took the lead marketing and strategizing PR behind high-profile listing Fifth Helena Drive, Marilyn Monroe’s former home. Stepanian worked with her team to craft and execute on digital, and she worked with the agent and other professionals to plan PR strategy. Together, this effort resulted in hundreds of mentions in publications such as Los Angeles Times, Vanity Fair, Town & Country, and People.
In her previous position as marketing manager at South Bay Residential, she was responsible for all marketing efforts within the company, including a partnership with the LA Kings.
