Playjam award PR contract to Taylor Herring Communications

Interactive TV channel Playjam this week awarded a six-week, six-figure PR contract to Taylor Herring Communications to promote the TV arcade game starring Blur singer Damon Albarn's cartoon band, Gorillaz, in a national consumer campaign. The game, titled Zombie Kong, will launch on the Sky Digital platform at the end of the month. Gorillaz, the brainchild of Albarn and Tank Girl creator Jamie Hewlett, will be the world's first group to star in their own interactive TV game, claimed THC managing director James Herring.
