Palm has briefed Spider with initially targeting the Swedish market, handling local communications strategy, Nordic co-ordination and media relations.
Spider account director Carsten Carlsson leads a three-strong team on the account.
'Our job will be to thoroughly probe both the enterprise and consumer segments to enforce Palm's position as one of the strongest brands in PDAs (personal digital assistancts),' said Carlsson.
Spider reports to Palm marketing senior manager (Europe) Franck Gaget.
The agency, founded in 1999, has offices in Stockholm and Malmo.
