Spatial Wireless takes on Brodeur for analyst work

US telecoms firm Spatial Wireless is to drive an analyst and media relations campaign across EMEA and the US ahead of its official launch next month.

The Texas-based firm, which is to provide technology for mobile operators to offer 3G multimedia applications on existing networks, has hired Brodeur Worldwide to drive the campaign on fees of more than £200,000.

Spatial is planning to target tech analysts and media in the UK, EMEA and US in a bid to raise its profile before launching at the GSM World Congress in Cannes and CTIA Conference in the US.

Spatial has been set up by ex-employees of firms such as Nortel Networks and Alcatel.

Brodeur vice-chairman Jonathan Simnett said: 'Spatial has been founded by a group of people who have left behind the constraints of big business, yet retained their understanding of telecoms - allowing them to make a difference for operators striving to achieve increased revenue from data.'
