The annual Awards celebrate excellence in two categories: Best Internship Programme and Best Intern.
The shortlisted agencies for Best Internship are:
- Cohn & Wolfe
- Jargon PR
The shortlisted individuals for Best Intern are:
- Benni Bohme, interned at Instinctif Partners
- Bethan Fagan, interned at Loughborough University
- Leona Hayhoe, interned at FleishmanHillard Fishburn

The judging panel is made up of: Jane Fordham, executive director of marketing and talent, Golin; John Harrington, deputy editor, PRWeek; Mazar Masud, senior consultant, Powerscourt; and Kate O'Donnell, senior programme executive, Hotwire.
These judges include last year's winners - Golin was recognised with the Best Internship Programme award in the PR Internships Awards 2016, while O'Donnell was named Best Intern.
Those shortlisted will be interviewed by the judging panel and the winners will be announced at a ceremony in London on 6 July.
The awards conclude the joint PRWeek/PRCA PR Internships For All (PRIFA) initiative, which was launched in 2014 to lead a concerted drive to bring more young people from diverse backgrounds into the PR profession at entry level.
PRCA director general Francis Ingham said: "We had a record number of entries this year and I would like to thank the judges for dedicating their time and energy to these awards. Congratulations to all those shortlisted and good luck."
