Céline Dion and social platform Musical.ly among new clients wins for DawBell

The music social media platform Musical.ly, Canadian singer Céline Dion and the Isle of Wight Festival 2017 are among new clients won by the agency DawBell since the start of the year.

The agency has been appointed to handle brand communications for Musical.ly, UK comms for Dion's forthcoming tour and a social media campaign for the Isle of Wight Festival - adding to its brief to run the festival's PR.

The agency has also been awarded event work with The O2 Arena, the ELLE Style Awards, Universal Music and American Airlines, and charity campaigns with live music network Sofar Sounds for Amnesty Internationalm and with the Cover Stories album which is raising money for War Child.

It will also run press campaigns for three new emerging artists Valerie June, AJR and Zedd.

With other clients including Craig David and the BRIT Awards, Bell and fellow founder Richard Dawes were jointly listed among the UK's most powerful entertainment comms professionals in the PRWeek UK Power Book 2017.

The pair founded their agency in 2009, and were nominated for Small Consultancy of the Year at the PRWeek UK Awards in 2017.
