The role will involve working with the agency’s UK and global teams and providing senior counsel to clients. Facius replaces Jon White, who has moved to independent London and Cambridge agency Babel PR as a director.
Facius has spent than 20 years in PR, having held director-level roles at H+K Strategies, FleishmanHillard and Spreckley Partners, in addition to in-house positions with WPP’s Oracle and Coretech. She also ran her own consultancy, Juice PR, for over five years.

US-headquartered Ruder Finn, which also operates in the UK and Asia, reported global revenue of $74m in 2015. The UK arm was ranked 60th in PRWeek’s most recent Top 150 Consultancies table, with revenue of £4.1m in 2015.
