INTERNATIONAL: Miller Shandwick loses out as PNCG scoops Adobe PR

SINGAPORE: Porter Novelli Convergence Group has won the Adobe Systems account in Singapore from incumbent, Miller Shandwick Technologies.

PNCG will assist the software giant with product launches, media relations, corporate PR and community relations.

Adobe Systems Asia-Pacific PR manager Seah Beng Nah said PNCG's main task is helping with product launches - namely, updated Adobe's Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat Reader packages.

Beng earmarked Adobe efforts to ensure Singapore product launches coincided with those in other major regional markets.

PNCG will help promote Adobe's Acrobat Reader software package to a mass audience, targeting other products at a more specialist audience.

Adobe supports the Salvation Army by providing free software alongside the 'Very Special Arts' programme, where physically disabled people are taught how to use Adobe software.
