These YouTube influencers have all experienced a high level of growth over the past month, and continue to create engaging content week-on-week. The content is diverse and visually exciting, capturing a range of cultures and flavours.

This month we have expanded our search criteria, going global and looking at channels between 25,000 and 750,000 subscribers. Check out the full list below.

Trevor James, aka The Food Ranger is this month’s particular stand-out travel channel, his social platforms enjoying an unprecedented follower growth, particularly over the past year. In January 2016, the Food Ranger had 18,000 YouTube subscribers. Just over a year later (February 2017), he has 509,000 subscribers, growth that shows no signs of slowing down. Based in China, The Food Ranger is exploring the world one new dish at a time.
