Le Fèvre (pictured) has joined from Diffusion PR, where he led the agency's consumer practice.
Before this he spent two years as an associate director at Hill+Knowlton Strategies, handling PR for the consumer packaged goods, sports, and retail and leisure sectors.
Le Fèvre will report to Ogilvy PR UK and EMEA chief strategy and creative officer Serge Vaezi.
He will work across several clients, including YouTube, Ford and Puma, and will be responsible for building greater creative integration across the Ogilvy Group, the agency said.

During January, Ogilvy & Mather worldwide chairman and CEO John Seifert said the global array of Ogilvy brands would be consolidating into a "single, branded, integrated operating company".
This change took immediate effect in the US, with global brands following suit over the next year, the company said.
