Carly's channel is a positive and inspirational motivator for those who want to live a healthy lifestyle

At the start of 2017, eager New Year's resolutioners are keen to part with the pounds – in more ways than one. This presents a huge opportunity for health-and-fitness brands, and partnering with YouTube's influencers can give them extra edge.

Instrumental tracks the fastest growing content creators. This month the company monitored UK-based channels, all with between 10,000 and 350,000 subscribers, who’ve enjoyed high % subscriber growth in the last month. Influencers of this size generally have high audience engagement rates, leading to greater return on investment.

On Naomi's lifestyle YouTube channel she shares a variety of vegetarian and vegan recipes, and has recently declared how she'd like to get fit and healthy by the summer. Her approach to health and wellbeing, along with her more beauty-related content, which includes hauls and reviews, has generated total monthly views reaching upwards of 157,000.
