W wins media agency Capture

Shopper media agency Capture, which was founded eight years ago by senior ex-dunnhumby and Procter & Gamble marketers, has appointed W as its first PR agency. Capture now has 60 staff, and clients include Kellogg’s, Kerry Foods, Warburtons and McCain. W's media and corporate division also works for dunnhumby, among others. W has been briefed with raising Capture's profile among FMCG brands, retailers and media owners.

TVC wins charity brief

Crohn's & Colitis UK, a UK charity providing support to those with Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis, has taken on PRWeek UK Top 150 agency TVC to promote WALK IT 2017, a nationwide programme of walking events to raise awareness of, and vital funds for, the conditions. TVC has been tasked with creating an integrated PR, marketing and comms strategy to support the walks.

PR support for 2016 Apprentice hopeful 

Michelle Niziol, a property consultant who appeared on this year's The Apprentice, has appointed property specialist communications agency, 26 Letters PR, to work with her to increase the profile of the three successful property businesses, providing sales and lettings, mortgage and investment management services, that she runs under the IMS Group umbrella. Niziol was the first contestant to leave the 2016 series, which is set to conclude before Christmas.

Burson gets US health lead

As reported by PRWeek US, former Porter Novelli healthcare director Henry Engelka has joined Burson-Marsteller as head of its US healthcare practice.
