106 Communications

Calling all PR/Comms traditionalists and revolutionaries! We need your input

October 26, 2016 by Staff

For organisations to succeed, argues Henry Davies, founder at 106 Communications, they must be agile and responsive - to break away from traditional business models and react quickly to change. We're looking for your thoughts on how this affects modern business - and we'll be revealing the results at the Strategic Internal Communications conference in November.

It’s more important than ever for organisations to respond quickly to market, consumer and technological changes. This means anticipating and adapting to change, meeting customer demands, and developing great talent.

Organisations that operate like this are ‘agile and responsive’. They react more effectively and quickly than legacy businesses, breaking away from traditional business models to create their own internal structures and maximise their opportunities.

But introducing new ways of working doesn’t always come naturally to people or organisations. To adopt new ways of working, we need to find new ways to engage with colleagues. This short survey sets out to discover what’s working and how internal communications can help organisations become more ‘agile and responsive’.

For five minutes of your time, your anonymous contribution to the results will be showcased in Davies’ talk at the internal communications and employee engagement conference of the year: Strategic Internal Communications, on 22nd November. Contribute through the link below.
