Zilli chooses Talk Talent to keep his profile on the rise

Celebrity chef Aldo Zilli has enlisted PR help to build up his image.

The owner of the Zilli Fish range of London restaurants, who has two books due this year, has turned to Talk Talent to build his profile.

The campaign will focus on the release of Zilli's Italian Food for Friends in May and The Zilli Fish Cookbook in June. It will include promoting Zilli's own range of crockery, manufactured by Poole Pottery. The account is led by Talk Talent MD Addie Churchill, alongside a team of three.

The agency's PR manager, Alison Brockway, credited Zilli's hospitality and cuisine for achieving his status as a favourite among Soho's 'media and celebrity' crowd.

Zilli has appeared on the UK Food Channel, BBC2's Food and Drink and GMTV.

His most famous exploit was his four-day drinking binge with Virgin Radio DJ Chris Evans in June 2001, shortly before the radio station fired the presenter.
