Feefo hires agency and appoints Lenheim

Online feedback and ratings engine Feefo has appointed Cat Lenheim, who had been a director at the agency Noire since co-founded it in 2013, as head of PR. It has also hired 10 Yetis Digital to deliver an online b2b and b2c PR campaign, which will "convey the importance of genuine, trusted reviews and the ways in which brands can benefit by giving customers the opportunity to provide real feedback", the agency said.

Focus wins EatFirst

PR, experiential and social agency Focus has been appointed by online-only restaurant EatFirst. The delivery service guarantees each meal is prepared under the watch of Benn Hodges, formerly of The Ivy. The company, founded by former Goldman Sachs trader Rahul Parekh in 2014, has also been chosen to be part of the launch of Amazon Restaurants in London.

KeepCup appoints Kin&Co

Reusable cup company KeepCup has appointed the consultancy Kin&Co to handle comms in the UK following a four-way competitive process, the first time the Australian firm has hired a UK PR firm. The project, which initially runs for 3 months, aims to help position KeepCup as a solution to the ongoing disposable coffee cup debate.

Oakam hires 2Sisters PR

Online small loans provider Oakam has appointed 2Sisters PR as part of an attempt to increase awareness among the UK's Polish community. The agency specialises in promotion to eastern European communities.

Cherish launches start-up offer

Cherish PR is launching Little Bear, a new division aimed at assisting tech start-ups with PR to aid their growth. It will be led by Cherish director Paula Santos.
