Brian Noyes joins Direct Impact as EVP

He will join the Burson-Marsteller subsidiary next week after wrapping up his tenure as director of external affairs for the Republican National Convention.

WASHINGTON: Burson-Marsteller grassroots public affairs subsidiary Direct Impact has hired Brian Noyes as EVP.

He will join the firm next Monday after completing his work as director of external affairs for the Republican National Convention in Cleveland.

Before joining the convention, Noyes was executive director of strategy and communication at the U.S. Chamber’s Global Intellectual Property Center, managing third-party outreach, message development, and thought leadership. Prior, he oversaw Brock Clay Government and Public Affairs in Georgia, working with clients such as Kaiser Permanente and the Retail Industry Leaders Association.

Noyes also held various roles at the Republican National Committee from 1998 to 2004 and was southeastern regional political director for the Bush-Cheney campaign in 2000, according to his LinkedIn profile.
