Borkowski teams up with IM&e for property venture

Borkowski PR and marketing firm IM&e have teamed up to launch a PR venture for the global property industry.

Borkowski Property was launched at the property MIPIM forum in Cannes last week. The division has already won Noble-Wilson, the recently formed international property development company created and managed by ex-Eurotunnel MD David Brooks Wilson, as a client.

'This is a huge industry, which has long failed to capitalise on its PR potential,' said Borkowski MD Mark Borkowski.

'By combining IM&e's proven property marketing expertise with our approach to PR, we can open up major opportunities,' he added.

Borkowski claimed that, despite the value of the business as a whole, property companies have made minimal use of mainstream media to raise their profiles.

IM&e director David Dilks said: 'We're looking to create profiles in lifestyle media, and through intelligent, creative exploitation of mainstream media.'
