Instinctif hires MSL's Louisa Moreton

Instinctif Partners has signalled its intention to grow its employee engagement practice with the hire of Louisa Moreton as engagement director. She joins from MSLGroup where she was MD of the UK employee practice, having previously worked across several roles in the Omnicom group. Victoria Lewis-Stephens, managing partner at Instinctif, said that employee engagement was "no longer a 'nice to have' but an integral part of ensuring companies deliver against their strategic goals and stay ahead of the competition".

Doonan joins 33Seconds

The PR and social agency 33Seconds has appointed Mark Doonan to a newly created associate director role, in which he will oversee tech clients and work with co-founder Alice Regester on new business. He previously worked for Eulogy, and before that has spent time at Threepipe and Man Bites Dog.

KPPR taken on by Christopher Biggins

Christopher Biggins, who last week entered Channel 5's Celebrity Big Brother house, has taken on KPPR to handle publicity for him around the show.
