FinchFactor brings in Donna Amey for influence

Reputation management company FinchFactor has launched a new business division, FinchFactor Influence, which will "build expert influencers within the world’s most interesting businesses", it said in a statement. It is led by Donna Amey, who joined the agency earlier in the year having spent the past year as a freelancer. Before that she worked for London creative agency Mr President, for clients including Bacardi and Greenpeace.

PR hired for Oxford St sponsorship

The New West End Company, which promotes, manages and enhances central London’s retail hub, has appointed the marketing and representation agency Wasserman to manage all sponsorship opportunities and commercial partnerships for Oxford Street and Bond Street.

Refresh promotes 'food porn'

Food and drink specialist agency, Refresh PR, has been reappointed for the second year as the lead comms agency for contemporary new food and drink awards, the Food Porn Awards. The initiative looks for the best-looking food across the North West, and is run by STM Photography.

Golin appoints creative Alex Wood

Golin has taken on new executive creative director Alex Wood. He reports to EMEA head of creative Charlie Coney, having joined last month from Ogilvy PR, where he also worked with other Ogilvy firms.

Paperchase hires Stir

Paperchase has appointed lifestyle agency Stir PR to support two projects to raise awareness of the stationery retailer over the summer. The account team will be led by board director Jo Seymour-Taylor.

Headland wins AAT brief

The Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) has appointed Headland to deliver a campaign publicising it to students aged 16 to 18 during the summer exam results. The campaign will involve digital and traditional PR.

We Are Caffeine becomes Pangolin

The agency We Are Caffeine, founded in 2013 by an ex-Freud Communications trio, has rebranded as Pangolin. This also includes a new website and brand created by the agencies Studio Juice and JAW. Co-founder Jamie Walden said the new name had "more scalability and recognition".
