She has spent the past ten years at MSLGroup, initially as consumer director, winning and working on accounts including Coca-Cola and Nestlé, and spent the past seven years as EMEA business development director.
Andrews arrived at Edelman last month having left MSL in March.
She had joined MSL in 2006 having spent just over a year as Hill+Knowlton Strategies UK's joint MD of marcoms, and has also previously worked with Saatchi & Saatchi and Ketchum.
An Edelman statement said she would "partner with senior leaders in the business to identify and co-ordinate efforts around high-growth market opportunities and to roll out new products and services for prospects and clients".
