Golin boosts digital team

Golin has announced three senior appointments to boost its digital content strategy. Alex Michael joins as executive digital director from VCCP Kin where he was senior account director, while Catherine Pryce joins as digital creative director and Neil Kleiner is now head of social and content.

Virgo Health hires comms lead

Virgo Health has appointed Sue Neilen as head of its comms division. Neilen joins from specialist health advertising agency Langland, where she led corporate comms. She has a background as a broadcast journalist in Australia and the UK.

Bite brings in two

Sam Fresco has joined Bite as the agency’s head of innovation and growth, joining from digital agency Clock. The agency has also appointed Sophie Holdham as client services director, after six years at Tag Worldwide, to lead the drive on integrated campaigns.

Valve firm hires Aspectus

Energy, oil and gas specialist comms agency Aspectus has been appointed by PJ Valves as its comms partner. The agency will deliver written and visual content to engage the company’s target audience.

Rain wins Treatments You Can Trust

Rain Communications has been appointed by Treatments You Can Trust in order to drive the profile of its director, Sally Taber, as an expert voice on regulation and safety surrounding Botox and dermal fillers. The agency will plan a campaign to raise awareness of how consumers can access safe providers of these treatments in the UK.

Stand wins reading charity

Charity The Reading Agency has appointed Stand Agency to raise its media profile and demonstrate the value of reading, following a competitive pitch. Stand will run the charity’s press office and campaign activity including its flagship reading programmes such as The Summer Reading Challenge.
