Singapore mobile technology company Nanu has appointed Text100 as its PR and marketing consultancy.
Launched in October 2015, Nanu is one of Asia-Pacific’s fastest growing VoIP apps. The company is looking to broaden its share of the Indian market, particularly in more rural areas where low-cost smartphones are becoming increasingly accessible.
Text100 will handle all PR campaigns and strategy, and seek to boost Nanu’s engagement with mobile consumers across India. It will also help in the launch of Nanu’s latest mobile advertising campaign.
"Nanu has made waves in the telecom space and we look forward to a strong and strategic partnership that will initiate new dialogues in the mobile advertising domain," said Sunayna Malik, managing director of Text100 India & senior vice president, APAC.
"We are excited about building the brand in India and driving traction for their compelling value proposition, which has significant potential in India."
Carryn Francis, Nanu’s marketing communications director, said, "Alongside improving the communications experience of 2G mobile users, our goal at nanu is to provide a more effective mobile marketing platform to connect brands with the rural audience."
