The past ten years has been an exciting journey for Touchdown, one that has taken us from our startup roots and our first client, to an established and highly respected international PR agency.

Clients work with Touchdown PR because they have something unique and important to achieve. Their story is frequently one of massive ambition – they are fast growth businesses that need to get their brand known in the UK, across Europe and across the USA.

Many of our clients are challenger brands with unique PR requirements.  They’re looking for an agency that can help differentiate their message in an increasingly crowded and competitive market.  They also need an agency able to execute on taking that message to the right markets, at the right time, and in the right way.

This approach requires agency staff that can think as part of an international team while delivering our services at the local level where the impact needs to be made.  It means that each team member – regardless of whether they work out of our UK, Germany, France, Netherland or Austin, Texas office – keeps the client’s big picture international PR needs front of mind.

Our ability to collaborate and advise at this level gives the Touchdown team a natural advantage over single-region agencies.  This advantage quickly translates into a more consistent experience for clients, and an experience where results are noticeably better.

Today, we have a 50-strong team across these regions delivering multi-region PR campaigns for almost all our 30+ clients.  Around one–third now use us for their US PR too, choosing our single-team approach to solve their 24/7 communications needs.

We have worked closely with enough CEOs, company boards and VCs to know what they need to see in terms of immediate gains and how budgets are being spent.  Meanwhile, we focus on delivering results and providing honest counsel to match. Ten years of great client feedback, consistent growth, and near 100 percent client retention probably speaks for itself.
