With £2.4m fee income in 2014, Incisive Health was ranked as the eighth biggest player in the UK healthcare PR market last year.

Incisive has recruited Anna Dé as head of international business. According to LinkedIn, Dé joined Incisive at the start of the year from an associate managing partner role at Ogilvy Healthworld Market Access.

A number of Incisive's 21 London staff spend time in Brussels regularly, but Dé is currently the firm's only full-time employee in the Belgian capital.

Incisive clients include DNA testing firm 23andMe, the Global Lung Cancer Coalition and pharma firms Norgine and Roche.

It was founded in 2013 by Sarah Winstone and Mike Birtwistle, the heads of what was then MHP Health Mandate, and former government adviser on health policy Bill Morgan.
