Cadillac has named relative newcomer Kovert Creative as its new PR AOR after three years of FleishmanHillard handling influencer lifestyle relations for the high-end carmaker. The RFP process involved five agencies in total, including FleishmanHillard. "One thing that set Kovert apart was their highly creative nature when it comes to content, so there will be an inherent social nature to a lot of the work they will do," Cadillac global comms director Andrew Lipman said. According to Facebook founder and CEO Mark Zuckerberg, Facebook Messenger boasts 900 million active users; some of those users are notable corporate leaders.
