MSLGroup overhauls India operations with raft of promotions

Six executives have been promoted to senior roles and four have been appointed to the agency's leadership team.

MSLGroup has announced it is restructuring its practice in India with a host of promotions to top-level positions and additions to the team’s leadership.

As part of the firm’s endeavours to provide a more integrated communications offering, the changes are designed to further these aims and help MSLGroup further grow in India.

Parveez Modak is now executive director of strategy and insights. He will take charge of MSLGroup India’s agency marketing and content at a national level, as well oversee the insights and planning capabilities.

Glen D’Souza has been promoted to executive director of media network and crisis. With MSLGroup India since its inception 16 years ago, D’Souza has significant experience in crisis management.

He will also be responsible for the firm’s offices in Chennai, Pune, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad and Kolkata.

Schubert Fernandes is the firm’s new executive director in Mumbai. With more than 13 years at MSLGroup, Fernandes has handled comms campaigns for several global companies and Indian brands.

N Dhanshekhar Iyer is now executive director of finance and HR. Iyer was previously managing finance and operations for MSLGroup India and now adds HR to his duties.

Tushar Bajaj has been promoted to vice president in Delhi, in addition to his role managing MSLGroup India’s digital business. He will be responsible for running the agency’s Delhi’s operations.

Finally, Manish Thirumulpad joined MSLGroup India late last year and is vice president at the firm’s Bengaluru office. He will also help develop the agency’s technology practice.

In addition, Vishal Sharma, Amrita Choudhary, Niraj Sharma and Anushka Seth have all been appointed to MSLGroup India’s leadership team.
