The corporate and residential brief will include support for Lodha’s first venture in London, the Lincoln Square residential development that opens this spring in the Strand Conservation Area between Lincoln's Inn and the Royal Courts of Justice.
Luchford said the PR campaign aimed to strengthen the Lodha Group brand, raising the profile of the business and informing UK and international media on upcoming developments.
Established in 1980, Mumbai-based Lodha is currently developing in excess of 35 million sq ft of real estate, with more than 30 projects in and around Mumbai. Its developments include World One in Mubai, the world’s tallest residential tower.

It is the latest high-end property developer win for Luchford, which has a 17-strong property team. The agency’s other property clients include British Land (Clarges Mayfair), Grosvenor’s London estate, and Great Portland Estates (Rathbone Square).
