Beadles’ replacement will be David Paterson, currently head of public affairs and corporate responsibility at Heineken UK, who takes his new role in July after Beadles relocates to Singapore.
Beadles joined Heineken in January 2012, having previously been the CEO of the Wines and Spirits Trade Association.
Paterson also joined Heineken in 2012 from Asda where he was head of regional affairs. Before that, he was head of policy and comms for the Scottish Liberal Democrats during the 2004 European Parliament election, the 2005 UK general election and the 2007 Scottish parliamentary elections.
Heineken UK said it did not yet have a successor in place for Paterson’s current role.
