Doug Campbell, formerly a director in Morgan Stanley’s corporate broking division, has joined the financial PR agency as a partner, as has David Lloyd-Seed, who was previously interim head of investor relations for Severn Trent and before that investor relations and corporate affairs director at Dixons Retail. Lloyd-Seed is also deputy chairman of the IR Society.

The internal partner appointees include James Macey White and Tom Murray, who have been at Tulchan for five and 11 years respectively and helped establish the agency’s offer to mid-market corporates.

Additionally Martin Robinson, who joined the agency eight years ago as an analyst, and Jonathan Sibun, former deputy City editor of The Daily Telegraph who joined Tulchan three years ago, have been made partners.

Tulchan has also announced the promotion of Siobhan Weaver to director, and Tom Gatzen and Matt Low to associates.

David Shriver, managing partner at Tulchan, said: "With a strengthened partnership group we are looking forward to the financial year ahead with confidence and excitement."

In other staffing changes, director Martha Walsh has taken a secondment to become head of comms and investor relations for BBA Aviation in a maternity cover position. Chris Hughes, who joined Tulchan as a director one year ago from Breakingviews, has returned to journalism, taking a role in the comment team at Bloomberg.
