AAR to unveil PR services to help clients/agencies

Agency search and selection firm AAR is to launch a range of PR-specific services in a bid to assist clients in their links with agencies.

AAR, which stands for Advertising Agency Roster, has created AAR+, which claims to smooth the pitch process and offers management advice to both parties after appointments.

The group has also designated a team of comms specialists as 'Pitch Partners', who will act as independent intermediaries throughout pitches.

Two AAR+ products, Kick Start and Check Up, have been unveiled to enable in-house PR teams to maintain best practice in managing both recently-appointed consultancies and ongoing relationships.

AAR said it hopes to launch further PR services focused on supporting agencies in their new business activities later in the year.
