The brief is a new, globally focused account for The Body Shop.
Lynda Redington, founder and joint managing director of Another Word, said: "We are thrilled to be working with The Body Shop in this area. It’s a pioneer in ethical business, corporate transparency and ethical beauty. Our aim is to help the business amplify its reputation in this area."
The agency will report to Kate Levine, international director of commitment and corporate comms, who joined The Body Shop last year.
The Body Shop has more than 3,000 stores in 65 countries worldwide.
Another Word was launched last summer by former Lexis duo Reddington and Nichola Murgal.
