Man Bites Dog makes leadership changes

UK and New York b2b PR agency Man Bites Dog has promoted Vic Miller to the managing director role, while agency founder Claire Mason becomes CEO.

Miller will now take a lead role in running and growing the agency. 

In her nine years at Man Bites Dog, Miller has held a variety of roles including divisional director and sales and marketing director. Before joining the agency, she worked in-house and at agencies including Pegasus. 

Miller said: "Man Bites Dog’s success to date is built on our incredibly talented people and entrepreneurial culture and I’m delighted to be leading us into the next stage of growth. I’m looking forward to putting our ambitious expansion plans into action as we grow our team, increase our services and cement our fully integrated b2b marcoms offering."

Mason, who founded the agency in 2005 and was previously MD, added: "Vic has been instrumental in the success of Man Bites Dog over the past decade and is uniquely qualified to steer us into the future. As we enter our 11th year, it’s time for me to focus on strategic growth opportunities for Man Bites Dog and doing what I love best – working hands-on with clients on strategy and idea generation."

The agency has recently expanded its London team with new hires including Rachael Evans, sales and marketing director, from PWC and Will Bleeker, account director, from Grayling.

The agency has its HQ in Brighton, UK, and further offices in London and New York.
