Watch: Fitness group Les Mills says 'resolutions are for quitters' in New Year campaign

Fitness group Les Mills launched a New Year's video campaign on Monday, achieving 250,000 views on Facebook within three days.

The 80-second video, posted on both its UK and global Facebook pages, looks at New Year's resolutions, featuring a man lifting weights while a voiceover states all the reasons why he should not stick to his resolution, repeating the words "resolutions are for quitters".

The message then reverses as the voiceover overrides his previous words with reasons why he should stick to his resolution, saying that resolutions "are not for quitters".

Les Mills, which has 100,000 instructors worldwide who work with "millions of clients every week", according to its website, posted the video with the caption "You may see me struggle but you will never see me quit".

The video was produced by O, the content division of PR agency Manifest London.
