Data management and analytics firm Cloudera has appointed Ying Communications as its partner PR agency for Asia-Pacific.
Cloudera’s open-source software Hadoop provides secure data services across Southeast Asia and Australia/New Zealand through its four regional support centres in Singapore, Sydney, Beijing and Tokyo.
It is used by several of the region’s leading banks, insurers, governments, manufacturers and telecoms companies. Cloudera is regionally headquartered in Singapore, where Ying is based.
The agency will provide strategic counsel, media relations and content creation across the region to boost Cloudera’s market position. Ying will use partner agencies to enhance Cloudera’s presence in Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia and Indonesia.
