Clarion wins Teletext Holidays

Clarion Communications has won a three-way pitch to become the retained PR agency for digital travel agency Teletext Holidays. The aim of the programme is to increase consumer awareness and preference for the brand, promoting the deals it offers through its website and over the phone.

Palm PR appointed to launch juice

Food and drink agency Palm PR has been appointed following a four-way pitch to launch Presscription in the UK. The new brand is a raw, organic, cold-pressed juice, launched by the family behind Minton Spring Water.

Tidy Eye PR appointed by Performers

Tidy Eye PR has been taken on to provide PR support to Performers, a new social platform that allows performers and artists to showcase their talents. Tidy Eye PR chief executive Raymond Goldsmith takes on the title of global comms director when representing the client, and Goldsmith has also brought in branding company The Idea Engine and a web design firm to support his work for the Los Angeles and Slovakia-based firm.

Magazine publisher launches PR firm

Amanda Moss, a former journalist and the owner of Liverpool's free glossy magazine Lifestyle Magazine, as well as the director of both Liverpool and Manchester fashion weeks, is launching Amanda Moss PR. The new agency officially launches on Monday.

Rich Leigh wins brewer and events

Rich Leigh & Company's Manchester office, which launched in June, has been appointed by three new clients. It will provide PR and media relations support to Shindigger Brewing Co, a start-up launched by two former Manchester University students; promote the Digital Kids Show, a three-day event taking place in October next year, and provide press office and consumer PR for the inaugural Edinburgh Christmas Festival next month.

Entice takes on supplement work

Entice Communications has been appointed to handle the PR for CardioMato, a new tomato-based cardiovascular health supplement. Entice founder and managing director Laura Nathan said: "We look forward to raising awareness for CardioMato in the UK, and generating the interest it deserves."

Manifest wins brewery work

Manifest Communications has been handed an ongoing appointment to provide an integrated package of comms support to help drives sales for Yorkshire's Little Valley Brewery. Manifest will be working with the client across a range of disciplines including digital, creative and videography and photography.
