Taylor Herring has been working since September on a winter driving-focused campaign aimed at increasing uptake of Kwik Fit's Winter Safety Check service, which is being offered free to customers this Christmas.
The video campaign, which was produced by video production company Us London, was shot over two days at the beginning of the month.
The video was teased on Twitter and Facebook on Monday ahead of its launch on YouTube and via Twitter today. It had been viewed more than 300,000 times as of Tuesday afternoon.
The video was filmed at one of Kwik Fit's garages in north London, where customers brought their children along to see Santa Claus, his reindeer and sleigh – the latter is shown being fixed by Kwik Fit technicians ahead of Santa's journey back to the North Pole.
Kenji Murai, CEO of Kwik Fit (GB), said: "We wanted to give our customers' children an incredible treat in the lead up to Christmas. With help from Santa and his reindeer we gave the children a festive surprise as their parents had their cars serviced by our technicians. We had a sneak peek at the children’s letters to Santa and made sure they got everything they wished for.
"It's not just Santa that will be making an epic trip this Christmas; people all over the country will be making journeys to see loved ones. We are launching our free winter safety check across our 620 centres nationwide, to ensure our customers are safe on the roads this Christmas."
