Work began last week on the account which will see the agency tackle various projects for Samsung alongside the firm's existing roster, generating news stories and amplifying digital content.
The work spans Samsung’s wide product offering, from smartphones and tablets through to televisions and home appliances.
Winston Eavis, head of external comms for Europe at Samsung, said: "As the modern home becomes more connected, we’re developing increasingly sophisticated ways of telling Samsung’s story through all our available channels.
"The Romans demonstrated great creative ideas to deliver engaging content to all of our European markets, which they backed up with a strategic understanding of how to roll out pan-European communications programmes that cut through."
