FinchFactor promotes Louise Brierley-Ingham to new GM role as it targets expansion

FinchFactor has promoted comms director Louise Brierley-Ingham to the new role of general manager as it targets further growth, including a possible office opening in the US.

The reputation management agency said she will be responsible for new business generation and managing current client relationships.

It follows new client wins for FinchFactor, which is based in Amsterdam and has an office in London. Earlier this year it picked up Anomaly and Beatport in Amsterdam, as well as Mother London as the agency’s founding London account.

FinchFactor has increased its workforce from five to 15 in the past two years, with the number of clients roughly doubling to 25. It said it has its sights on opening in the US. The agency was founded by CEO Kerrie Finch in 2009 and provides comms strategy and reputation management to brands based in London, New York, LA, Singapore, São Paulo, Paris and Amsterdam.

Finch said: "Louise is a key asset in FinchFactor’s growth. Creating this position for her, as part of FinchFactor’s expansion, was a no-brainer."

Brierley-Ingham said: "The potential for international growth at FinchFactor is rather astounding. We continue to partner with the world’s best creativity and innovation players and I look forward to being part of the future success of FinchFactor."
