LOS ANGELES: Grayling has promoted SVP Andrew Reynolds to serve as MD of Los Angeles after having led the office on an interim basis for nearly a year.
He will continue reporting to US CEO Peter Harris, according to a company statement. Reynolds was not immediately available for comment.
As interim MD, Reynolds oversaw a team of more than 12 staffers and worked on "strategic planning, brainstorming, high-level media relations, message development, media training, digital and social strategy, measurement, and analysis," according to his LinkedIn profile.
His profile also states that he was responsible for budgeting, HR, professional development, and new business development.
Some clients Reynolds has worked with at Grayling over the years include Activision, SunEdison, ZTE USA, and Qantas airlines.
Before spending six years at Grayling, Reynolds was a senior account executive at Hill & Knowlton and JS2 Communications, owner of The Dude PR – a freelance endeavor, his LinkedIn states.
He also spent time at Miramax Films, according to Grayling.
In September, the firm was hired by Vaio and sales and operations partner Transcosmos America for a domestic brand re-launch.
