NEW YORK: Theatrical publicist Rick Miramontez has joined DKC to create theatre-focused division DKC/O&M, which will include other staffers from Miromontez’s firm such as Andy Snyder and Molly Barnett as creative director and VP of the theatrical division, respectively. The unit will be integrated into DKC’s national entertainment practice under Joe Quenqua.

NEW YORK: Social intelligence firm Brandwatch has raised $33 million through new investor Partech Ventrues and pre-existing backers Highland Europe and Nauta Capital. Brandwatch also recently named David Jones and Amy Collins as CTO and head of product, respectively.
LOS ANGELES: Research consultancy Kelton Global has hired Brett Davis as COO. He joined the company after spending six years at Edelman, most recently as CFO and COO of Edelman Berland.
NEW YORK: The New York Conservatory for Dramatic Arts has begun working with The Halo Group. The agency also works with brands such as Hess Express and Liebherr. Halo will launch a campaign for the Conservatory with the goal of grabbing the attention of aspiring actors from around the world.
