Working with its retained agency Emanate PR, Ubisoft has released a video of 29-year-old bald eagle Sidney flying over London's iconic landmarks including Trafalgar Square, City Hall and Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre with a 4K camera.
The stunt ties in directly with the ‘Eagle Vision’ feature in the game, which enables players to locate enemies and key features at distance when activated.

The ambitious project took months of planning, according to Tom Goldberger, senior PR manager at Ubisoft.
"We worked with a fantastic production team, vastly experienced eagle handler and highly trained eagle to ensure the project was a huge success. We’re delighted to have finally been able to bring to life one of the most iconic features in Assassin’s Creed Syndicate," he said.
Promotional activities will be ramped up as the launch draws nearer with Ubisoft planning activities involving Premiership footballer Diego Costa.
