Nielsen's SVP of global communications Andrew McCaskill, told PRWeek at this year's PRWeek Conference that even though Nielsen is a business-to-business company, it needs to engage consumers, and in a unique way.
"Consumers are the bread and butter of our business. We talk to brands about what consumers watch and what consumers buy," McCaskill said. "Our goal is to engage consumers where they are."
