Ten pence from each drink sold will be donated to the Pink Ribbon Foundation, the grant-making trust that provides financial support to UK breast cancer charities.
To support the launch of the new flavour, Zeo will also be the headline sponsor for the Pink Ribbon Foundation’s 2015 PINKLondon event at the Playboy Club in Mayfair next week. Zeo’s Pink brand ambassador, model and TV personality Danielle Lloyd, will attend the event covered in pink body art created by iconic body paint artist Filippo Ioco.
See.Saw will manage online and print PR side for the campaign while Born Social will manage social media. Consumers will be encouraged to post winking 'selfies' on Twitter and Instagram (@DRINKzeo) with the hashtag #ZeoWinkForPink. For every selfie posted using the hashtag, Zeo will donate 5p to the Pink Ribbon Foundation.
Ian Greengrass, marketing director at Zeo, said: "We are extremely proud to be supporting such a worthy cause. We know that this topic and charity are very close to our consumers’ hearts, and we very much want to encourage as much support as possible."
Lisa Allen, head of corporate partnerships & PR at Pink Ribbon Foundation, added: "We’re thrilled to have Zeo on board as our headline sponsor and hopefully making this year’s PINKLondon the most successful yet. We’re so grateful for the brand’s donation, which will go a long way to helping us with our continued support of UK breast cancer charities."
Zeo drinks are naturally low in sugar and a blend of fruits and botanicals.
