Tin Man to launch app Takumi
Takumi, an app that pays Instagram users to help connect their followers with brands, has appointed Tin Man for its UK launch in October, following a three-way pitch. Tin Man will create an initial four-month campaign, and as Takumi launches across other social networks, there is scope for the agency to work on future projects.
Affinity Water takes on Bell Pottinger
Bell Pottinger has won a public affairs brief from the largest water-only supplier in the UK, Affinity Water, after a competitive pitch. The account team is headed by partner Julie Minns, who will be supported by recently appointed consultant Stuart Gardner; he previously spent five years working for Conservative MP Mark Field.

Dust PR London has been appointed as the global PR agency of fashion brand Lyle & Scott. Dust's work will have a particular focus in the UK, Germany, Sweden, the US and Asia, and its brief includes traditional PR, celebrity work and strategic digital campaigns.

The charity Business in the Community has reappointed Forster Communications to promote its Wellbeing campaign, which focuses on driving employer awareness and action on mental health, for the fourth year running. The new brief, handed to Forster after providing new ideas for the campaign's strategic direction, lasts through to June next year.

Coffin on Cake PR has won a competitive pitch to handle the UK publicity and PR for clothing firm OBEY's womenswear line.
