Ketchum has launched its specialty change management unit, Ketchum Change, in Asia and announced two senior appointments to its team.
Gretchen Huestis, who has served as a director in London for two years, has relocated to Singapore as SVP and Asia-Pacific regional director for Ketchum Change.
According to the agency, the unit seeks to give "guidance to leaders, teams and organizations on how to thrive in a world of constant, fluid and transformational change."
"Our clients are experiencing change on a global level, and they need a strong partner that can help them navigate challenges within the dynamic Asia-Pacific region. Gretchen has been an essential part of the global Ketchum Change team, and her move to Singapore will add her innovative thinking in the field of organizational performance to clients in the region," said Tyler Durham, partner and president, Ketchum Change.
"She will provide unique capabilities for clients in the region with a focus on change management, talent development, employee engagement, and creative internal branding and communications solutions that drive demonstrable behavior change and business results."
Ketchum has also appointed Jon Chin as SVP and Asia regional client director. Chin brings with him 16 years of experience working with clients across the consumer lifestyle, B2B and corporate sectors, including leading Fortune 100 companies such as Philips, Azko Nobel, Estee Lauder, Bayer, Nokia, Scoot, VISA, EMC and DBS. He also has served as regional head of digital for several other global public relations agencies.
